|Hard boiled eggs||4 , halved|
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Anchovy essence||1 Tablespoon|
|Buttered brown bread slice||2 Large|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Scoop the yolks out of the eggs, keeping the whites intact, and mash the yolks with the butter, salt, cayenne and anchovy essence to taste.
Put the yolk mixture into a forcing bag and press into the egg whites.
Cut four rounds from each slice of bread.
Place a tomato slice on each round and an egg half on top.
Garnish with parsley.
