Curried Hard Cooked Eggs
|Can mulligatawny soup||400 Gram (1 Large Can)|
|Curry powder||To Taste|
|Flaked coconut||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned mixed vegetables||15 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
Meanwhile, heat the soup, add a little curry powder if wished (the soup already has a curry taste), the chutney, raisins, coconut and well-drained mixed vegetables.
Crack the hard-cooked eggs, remove the shells.
Put the eggs into a heated dish, pour over the curried mixture.
