Ingredients
  Egg yolks 6
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Brandy To Taste
Directions

Beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored.
Add the sugar gradually, continuing to beat.
Use sherbet glasses, and place 1 teaspoon of brandy in each.
Gently spoon the egg mixture over this.
