Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 2 Ounce
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped spring onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cream cheese, butter and cream in frying pan, stir over low heat until creamy.
Break eggs into mixture, cook gently until egg whites are barely set, add salt, pepper and spring onions, stir mixture well with a fork until eggs are cooked.
