Ham N Egg Special
1/4 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces,drained
1. Place butter in 2-quart glass casserole.
2. Microwave on ROAST for about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Blend in flour and milk until smooth.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 3
