Mashed Salted Cod With Poached Egg And Trevise' Salad Nice Style With Walnut Oil Dressing

For mashed salted cod
  Salted cod 500 Gram
  Potatoes 400 Gram
  Cream 250 Milliliter
  Milk 250 Milliliter
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Bouquet garni 1 Small
For trevise salad nice style
  Chicory 400 Gram
  Fennel 1
  Purple onion 1
  Potatoes 4 , boiled
  Red pepper 1
  Green pepper 1
  Celery stalk 1
  Black olives 30
  Poached eggs 6
  Marinated anchovy fillets 18
  Snow peas/Green beans 200 Gram
  Tomatoes 4 , quartered (Cherry / Larger)
  Walnut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Dressing)

Leave the salted cod fillet in water for several hours.
Change the water several times.
Cook the cod fillet together with the potatoes in the milk with 2 cloves of garlic and a 'bouquet garni'.
When the fish and potatoes are well cooked, drain the milk and mash the cod and potatoes with a fork.
Season with some ground pepper and a few drops of olive oil
