Steamed Egg With Meat And Seafood

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , lightly beaten
  Soup stock 310 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups, Cold)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wine 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Ground beef/Ground pork / small shrimp 4 Ounce
  Chinese parsley sprig 4 , chopped
Directions

1. Combine eggs, soup stock, salt, wine and white pepper in a bowl. Blend well with a whisk. Stir in meat or shrimp and coriander.
2. Transfer mixture to a Pyrex pie pan and steam over high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce to medium-low and continue to steam for 18-20 minutes or until set.
