Shirred Eggs Deluxe

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 12
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced (fresh)
  Bacon slices 6 , crumbled (crisp cooked)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated
Directions

Allowing 1 teaspoon each, butter 6 shallow individual casseroles.
Break two eggs into each casserole; add dash salt and pepper.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Top with mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and cheese; return eggs to oven and bake 5 minutes longer.
