Eggs With Shrimp
|Cooked shrimp||1⁄2 Pound|
|Freshly ground white pepper||1 Pinch|
Preheat the oven to 225°.
Remove the dark vein in the shrimp where necessary.
Rinse the shrimp in a sieve and drain.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stir in the shrimp.
Butter four individual souffle molds and fill with the egg mixture.
Bake 10 minutes on the middle rack of the oven.
Wash and shake the dill dry, and use it to garnish the portions.
Garlic bread and a dry white wine are very good accompaniments to this dish.
