Savory Egg Scramble

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned potatoes 8 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Eggs 12
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bacon bits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Hormel Brand)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in large skillet; saute onion, green pepper, potatoes, and chives over low heat until onions are transparent.
Beat eggs, salt, and pepper; mix in bacon and parsley.
Pour into skillet.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs reach desired consistency.
