Easy Poached Egg

Poached Eggs sounds like a simple recipe but there is a process of making a perfect poached egg. Patrick Drake gives a demo on how to make poached egg perfectly. Follow his simple guidelines and make perfect poached egg every time. Serve it for breakfast over a slice of bread and enjoy.
Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Vinegar 1 Dash
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (A Pot Of)
Directions

Crack your egg into a container.
Add a little vinegar to a pot of water.
Whisk around the water in the pan to create a whirlpool and then dump in your egg.
It will take about a couple of minutes to cook the egg. While the white solidifies, the egg yolk remains soft.
Scoop out the egg and dip in cold water.
Let it cool and then dip it back in warm water for a minute.
Serve over bread.
