Saucy Baked Eggs
|Canned condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Light cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated natural swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
In saucepan, combine all ingredients except eggs.
Heat until cheese melts; stir now and then.
For each serving, break two eggs into individual baking dishes or custard cups (6-ounce size); cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 15 minutes until eggs are desired doneness.
