Hash Patties With Poached Egg
|Canned roast beef hash||15 Ounce (1 Can, Mary Kitchen Brand)|
|English muffins||2 , halved|
|Cheddar cheese slice||8|
|Poached eggs||4 Small|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Chill can of hash; open both ends and push out roll of roast beef hash.
Cut into 4 slices.
Place 2 slices cheddar cheese on each English muffin half.
Place hash patty on top of cheese and broil until browned or heated through.
Top hash with poached egg.
Garnish with seedless grapes.
Hash Tacos Heat 1 can (15-ounces) Mary Kitchen Roast Beef Hash with 1 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced green pepper, and 3/4 tablespoon chili powder.
Spoon into lettuce-lined heated taco shells.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pass the taco sauce.
