Mexicali Eggs

Ingredients
  Canned luncheon meat 12 Ounce, sliced into 8 slices (1 Can, Armour Star Treet)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 8 , lightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Canned green chili salsa 7 Ounce, heated (1 Can)
Directions

In frying pan, cook Treet on both sides until brown; remove from pan.
Melt butter in frying pan; add onion.
Cook until tender.
Combine eggs and seasonings; pour into pan.
Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are cooked.
Spoon eggs over hot Treet slices.
Pour salsa over top.
