Ingredients
  English muffins 2 , split
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ham slices 4 , sauteed
  Poached eggs 4
  Hollandaise sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Toast and butter English muffins and place 2 halves on each serving plate.
Top each with a slice of ham, then with a poached egg.
Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over each egg and serve at once.
