Basic Eggs Benedict
|English muffins||2 , split|
|Ham slices||4 , sauteed|
|Hollandaise sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Toast and butter English muffins and place 2 halves on each serving plate.
Top each with a slice of ham, then with a poached egg.
Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over each egg and serve at once.
