Eggs N Onion
|Chopped onions||2 Cup (32 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
In a large iron skillet, saute a 1 1/2 -inch layer of onions in butter until clear.
Break eggs into the onions and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake or cook on top of the stove, covered tightly, until eggs are done.
This can be cooked outside for a real ranch breakfast.
