Festive Hash And Eggs
|Corned beef hash||15 Ounce (canned)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Spread hash in 4 individual casseroles.
Make a depression in each with back of spoon.
Break one egg into each; do not season.
Spoon 2 tablespoons milk over each ;top with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till almost set, 18 to 20 minutes.
Top with paprika; let stand 5 minutes.
