Eggs Benedict With Canadian Bacon
|Hollandaise sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Split english muffins||2 , toasted|
|Canadian bacon slices||4|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Cook Hollandaise sauce.
On microwave sate serving platter arrange muffins with bacon slice on each.
In 1 qt casserole microwave (high) water 2 1/2-3 minutes.
Swirl water with spoon and break eggs into swirl.
Pierce yolk with fork.
Microwave (high), covered, 1 1/2-2 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Microwave (high) muffins and bacon 1-2 minutes until hot.
With a slotted spoon place 1 egg on each bacon slice; drizzle Hollandaise on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
