Poached Eggs For 4
|Hot water||2 Quart|
|White vinegar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Heat water, salt and vinegar in a deep 2 1/2-quart non-metallic casserole until boiling (about 6 (8) minutes).
2. Carefully break eggs into boiling water, 1 at a time.
3. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 4 (5) minutes or until almost done.
4 Allow eggs to stand at room temperature 3 to 4 (4 to 5) minutes to finish cooking.
If necessary, return to Microwave Oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute (40 sec. to 1 1/4 min.) additional cooking to reach desired degree of doneness.
