Easy Curried Eggs
|Hard cooked eggs||6|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove egg yolks.
In small bowl, mash yolks with fork.
Blend in mayonnaise and curry powder.
Stuff into egg whites.
In skillet, combine soup and milk.
Arrange eggs filled side up in sauce.
Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until eggs are hot.
