Vermouth Glazed Eggs
|Dry vermouth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Melt butter in a large skillet until hot and foamy.
Break eggs into hot butter.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes until barely set.
Pour vermouth over eggs.
Cook about 3 minutes or until eggs are set.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
