Garnished Soft Boiled Eggs
|Crabmeat/2 tablespoon melted cheese||30 Milliliter, mixed with mayonnaise (2 Tablespoon)|
|Mayonnaise/2 tablespoon blanched spinach, finely chopped / diced tomatoes||2 Teaspoon, blanched|
|Chili sauce||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
– Place eggs in a small saucepan filled with cold water. After water begins to boil, cook over high heat for 6 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cool eggs in cold running water. Let stand 1 minute.
– Cut off narrow tip of boiled egg and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the mixture of your choice.
