I was standing on my porch in the morning looking out at the huge garden that my Italian landlord was working in and I was amazed at all the tomatoes, broccoli, lettuce and fruits that were out there growing. My stomach rumbled and I couldn't help but walk right out there and grab a few vegetables, some tomatoes and broccolettini (a smaller version of broccoli with yellow flowers) and of course some garlic. I was determined to come up with something that I could have for breakfast that included all these fresh items. And so the Frittata was first introduced to my kitchen.

Hi Tamara, Guess you enjoying file life of Italy. I am trying to use this platform to help our asipiring culinary students.  I receive high number of questions about Italian cuisine and Italian schools but my information is indirect. It will be nice to have some first hand information. Would it be possible for you to cover 1 or 2  Italian culinary schools while you are there.

Indeed it looks and it sounds yummy. I always thought that the main condition for good cooking is having good appliance parts. My old ones didn't helped me very much and that made me replace them with new Frigidaire parts. Now I can face many challenges in my kitchen, after all, this is why I joined you here.
