Shrimp And Egg Newburg

Ingredients
  Low calorie margarine 3 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Quart
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked frozen shrimp 6 Ounce (Brilliant)
  Newburg sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , uncooked
  Hard cooked eggs 3
  Noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Bread slices 10 , toasted
Directions

Melt margarine in the top of a double boiler.
Add 3 c. (750 mL) of the milk, the salt, shrimp, and Newburg Sauce.
Combine egg yolks and remaining milk in a small bowl.
Whip or beat to blend.
Stir into shrimp mixture; cook and stir until thickened.
Cut the hard-cooked eggs into quarters.
Add to the sauce and heat.
