Eggs With Sauteed Liverwurst
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned pepper||To Taste|
1. Cut liverwurst crosswise into 4 slices. Place flour on waxed paper. Lightly coat liverwurst slices on both sides with flour.
2. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook liverwurst until lightly browned on both sides, turning slices once. Remove liverwurst to warm platter; keep warm.
3. One at a time, break eggs into a saucer and slip them into drippings remaining in skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook eggs to desired firmness. With pancake turner, remove eggs from skillet, placing each egg on a liverwurst slice. Sprinkle each egg with some seasoned pepper.
