Baked Egg And Cheese

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Low calorie margarine 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Teaspoon, shredded
Directions

Melt margarine in a custard cup.
Break egg into the cup and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until egg is firm and cheese is melted.
