Simple Baked Egg

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Low calorie margarine 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt margarine in a custard cup.
Break egg into the cup.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until the egg is firm but not hard.
