– Place eggs in a small saucepan filled with cold water. After water begins to boil, cook eggs over high heat for 10 minutes.
– Slice eggs in half, or in 4, or cut into thick slices and gently scoop out yolks. Mix yolk with stuffing of your choice. Using a pastry bag or a spoon, stuff the egg whites.
