Savory Sunday Eggs
|Bulk pork sausage||1⁄4 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Eggs||8 Small, beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, cubed (1 Package)|
Brown sausage in large skillet; drain.
Add onions; cook until tender.
Add combined eggs, milk and pepper.
Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set.
Sprinkle with chives.
