Baked Eggs Gruyere

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Grated gruyere cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to moderate (350° F.).
2. In an individual heatproof ramekin melt the butter. Break the eggs into it and cook over low heat one minute.
3. Cover the eggs with grated Gruyere cheese and pour hot cream over the top. Place the ramekin in a pan of hot water and bake until eggs are set and the cheese has melted.
