Steamed Eggs With Spring Onion
|Finely chopped spring onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Pinch (Ve-Tsin)|
|White pepper||To Taste (Few Shakes Required)|
|Ginger sherry||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
|Sesame oil||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
Turn the onion into a basin.
Add the seasonings, sherry and sesame oil and work them together.
Break the eggs into the basin and add the water.
Whip to a froth with a rotary whisk or electric mixer.
Turn into an oiled basin, filling it only two-thirds full.
Place in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
