Ingredients
  Finely chopped spring onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch (Ve-Tsin)
  White pepper To Taste (Few Shakes Required)
  Ginger sherry 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
  Sesame oil 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
  Eggs 2
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Turn the onion into a basin.
Add the seasonings, sherry and sesame oil and work them together.
Break the eggs into the basin and add the water.
Whip to a froth with a rotary whisk or electric mixer.
Turn into an oiled basin, filling it only two-thirds full.
Place in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
