Omelette With Yeast And Camembert Cheese

Yeast, Eggs, and Camembert Cheese is very delicious and Healthy Breakfast.
  Fresh yeast 15 Gram
  Flour 250 Gram
  Milk 500 Milliliter
  Yeast 15 Gram (Use Fresh)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Pears 4
  Camembert cheese 3

In a bowl,Pour some warm milk, 1/2 tsp sugar, some flour and fresh yeast. mix it up. add little bit more flour, Mix well and Put it in the warm place.
In a bigger bowl Put 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, some milk; Mix that up. Add yeast mixture and mix it again. Add some flour and some milk and some flour and so on.
Put the Bowl in some warm place and wait for 20 minutes
In the meanwhile, Prepare filling for pancakes.
Cut the cheese in slices.
Cut the pears in slices. Set aside
Heat a little bit of fat in the pan,Pour mixture with spoon in the pan. wait till pancake become solid. Prepare pancakes with rest of the flour.
Preheat the oven 280 degree Celcius.
Place slices of pears and cheese on one side of pancake and then fold the pancake, Do this with rest of pancakes too and put the pancakes in oven for few minutes.
