Flax Egg Replacer

Fresh.n.Natural's picture
If you are used to or prefer baking dishes without eggs, then go for this Flax Egg Replacer. Flax seeds are one of the most popular replacements and I have used the same in this Flax Egg Replacer recipe. This recipe is very close to the commercial egg replacer recipes. You can use this for cookies as well as breads.
Nutri flax 1 Tablespoon (15 ml)
  Water 45 Milliliter (3 tbs)

Put Nutri-Flax in small bowl.
Add water; mix.
Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Ready when thick.
Use as an egg replacer in baking.
