Canadian Eggs Benedict
|Canadian-style bacon||4 (1/4 Inch Slices)|
|Poached eggs||4 Small|
|Hollandaise sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|English muffins||2 , split and toasted|
1. Put Canadian bacon slices into a 9-inch glass pie plate. Cover with waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven about 2 minutes at High. Set aside.
2. Prepare Poached Eggs and Hollandaise Sauce.
3. Put warm toasted muffin halves on individual plates; top with Canadian bacon slices, poached eggs and sauce.
