Ingredients
  Fresh eggs 4
  Ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cheese sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Lightly poach the eggs.
Drain them.
Put them in a pie dish and cover with the chopped ham.
Mask them with the cheese sauce and brown under the broiler.
This is an excellent way of using up the end of a piece of ham.
