Poached Egg In A Cone
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 (At Room Temperature)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lean ham slices||4|
In a saucepan, bring to a boil water and vinegar.
Meanwhile, break each egg into an individual cup.
One by one, carefully tip eggs into boiling water.
Poach 5 minutes or so.
With a slotted spoon, remove eggs.
Immerse in a bowl of ice cold water.
In a second bowl, blend mayonnaise and horseradish.
Roll ham slices into cone shapes.
Place an egg inside each cone.
Top with 2 tsp (10 mL) horseradish mayonnaise.
