Egg Flip II

|Hot milk||10 Ounce|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated|
In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg yolk and sugar together with a fork.
Gradually beat in the brandy and hot milk.
Pour the flip into a tumbler.
Sprinkle over the nutmeg and serve.
