|Cooked bacon slices||4 , crumbled|
1. Preheat convection oven to 325°F.
2. Divide cheese evenly among 4 glass custard cups.
3. Separate eggs; reserve yolks individually. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, not dry, peaks form. Fold in bacon. Divide evenly in custard cups. Make an indentation in egg whites; drop one yolk in each one.
4. Place cups on bottom metal rack. Cook in microwave/convection oven 9 to 10 minutes at Combination I, or until whites are set and very lightly brown.
