Wild Onions And Eggs

Ingredients
  Wild onions/Green onions 4 Bunch (400 gm)
  Eggs 6
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon fat 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash the onions and chop fine (chop both the bulb and green tops).
Cook in heated bacon fat, with 1 tablespoon of water added, until onions are tender.
Season eggs with salt and beat until yolks and whites are well blended.
Pour over onions and scramble,
