Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt and pepper 1
Directions

Melt butter in a heavy skillet, and heat until hot enough to sizzle a drop of water.
Break one egg into a saucer; carefully slip egg into skillet.
Repeat procedure with remaining egg.
Cook eggs over low heat until whites are firm and yolks are desired degree of doneness; season with salt and pepper.
