Curried Stuffed Eggs is an amazingly delicious easy to prepare side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention. Try this Curried Stuffed Eggs; I am sure your loved ones will give you a lot of compliments for this!
Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Finely chopped gherkins 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 6
Directions

Split hard cooked eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
Mash the egg yolks and blend with the gherkins and spices.
Add enough mayonnaise to make a firm paste.
Add more curry powder if a stronger flavor is desired.
Stuff the egg whites with the mixture.
