Eggs Florentine is easy to make egg recipe. Eggs Florentine gets its taste from eggs mixed with soup and cheese. Eggs Florentine is inspired by many restaurants around the world.
Ingredients
  Condensed cream of celery soup/Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded mild process cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cooked spinach/2 packages, 10 ounce each, frozen spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Eggs 6
Directions

Cover bottom of shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 ) with cooked spinach; break eggs and place on top.
Pour soup around eggs completely covering spinach; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are done.
