|Condensed cream of celery soup/Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded mild process cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked spinach/2 packages, 10 ounce each, frozen spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
Cover bottom of shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 ) with cooked spinach; break eggs and place on top.
Pour soup around eggs completely covering spinach; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are done.
