Ingredients
  Hollandaise sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)
  English muffins 2 , split
  Poached eggs 4
  Canadian bacon slices 4 , cooked
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, softened
Directions

Spread cut sides of muffins with butter.
Broil until lightly browned.
Place a slice of Canadian bacon on each muffin half; top with poached egg, and cover with Hollandaise
Sprinkle coriander leaf.
