|Hollandaise sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)|
|English muffins||2 , split|
|Canadian bacon slices||4 , cooked|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
Spread cut sides of muffins with butter.
Broil until lightly browned.
Place a slice of Canadian bacon on each muffin half; top with poached egg, and cover with Hollandaise
Sprinkle coriander leaf.
