  Chicken broth 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Uncooked long grain rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Bring broth to boiling in a saucepan. Stir in rice; cover tightly. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
2. Place egg, lemon juice, and cheese in a bowl; beat until foamy. Stir into rice over low heat.
