Take-Along Breakfast Meal

Ingredients
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Shredded low fat cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Bacon and tomato flavored french dressing 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Toasted english muffin halves 4
Directions

In small bowl, stir together eggs, cheese and dressing until well blended. Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each of the muffin halves.

In oven or toaster oven, broil 6 inches from heat, until warm, about 3 minutes, if desired.
