Pecan Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks.
Mash yolks with a fork; add next 7 ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
