Spiced Pickled Eggs
|Hard cooked eggs||12|
|Vinegar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings|
|Pickling spice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Peel eggs, and place loosely in a jar; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
Pour hot mixture over eggs; seal with airtight lid.
