Surprise Eggs has a far-fetched taste. The ham and eggs gives the Surprise Eggs a splendid taste. Surprise Eggs is inspired by restaurants internationally.
|Finely chopped cooked mushrooms||2 Ounce|
|Bread and butter||12 (12 Rounds)|
|Cooked ham||4 Ounce|
|Tomato||1 (For Garnish)|
Hard boil and halve the eggs.
Cut small thin slices off the bottom to make them stand and remove the yolks.
Make a pur6e of the ham, mix with egg yolks, and chopped mushrooms and season.
Fill egg cases with mixture.
Garnish with tomato.
