Sausage And Egg Galantine
|Sausage meat||1 Pound|
|Hard boiled eggs||3|
|Seasoned flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed herbs||1 Pinch|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Work half the egg and the herbs into the sausage meat.
Put flour on your pastry board and roll out sausage meat to a neat rectangle.
Put the hard boiled eggs on this.
Brush with remainder of the egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes in a moderate oven (375 °F. gas Mark 4).
