Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Large (For Each Person)
  Hard boiled egg 1 (For Each Person)
  Lettuce/Cress 2 (For The Bed)
  Thick mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Stand tomato firmly on its stalk end and, with a sharp knife, slice from the top almost to the base about 6 to 8 times.
The tomato should then fan open rather like the pages of a book Into each gap slide a slice of hard boiled egg.
Top with a spoonful of mayonnaise and a pinch of paprika or chopped parsley.
